Ariston to Open Factory of Heating Components in Nis – Investment Worth EUR 75 Million and Jobs for 300 Workers Announced

The Italian company Ariston will open a factory in Nis, announced the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

On his official Instagram profile, Vucic announced that an investment of EUR 75 million was planned and that that was “only the beginning.” According to him, there will be more than 300 employees from 2025.

This company already operates in Svilajnac.

As eKapija has already written, recently, at the proposition of the Ministry of Economy, the Government of the Republic of Serbia gave approval for the signing of new agreements with two companies – the German PWO SEE and the Dutch Ariston Climate Solutions. These are direct investments whose total investment value amounts to over RSD 19 billion, which is more than EUR 160 million.

As announced at the time, Ariston Climate Solutions d.o.o. is realizing an investment which pertains to establishing the facility for the production of household appliances in Nis, whose realization will help employ at least 300 new workers by the end of 2027 and invest EUR 75 million by the end of 2026.


The company produces household appliances and is owned by Ariston Holding NV, Netherlands, which operates within Ariston Group, a world leader in the production of products for the heating of water and spaces, components and boilers, with ninety years of tradition.

The company has facilities for the production of heating components in Italy, France, Germany, China, Russia, Vietnam and, in 2022, it realized a consolidated income of over EUR 190 million, employing around 10 thousand workers. The company’s products are sold under the global brands of Ariston, ELCO and Wolf, mostly in EU states.
