Kursumlija to Build New Stadium Too – Designers Selected

The local self-government in Kursumlija has set aside RSD 3,348,000 for the preparation of the project documentation for the construction of the Sports and Recreation Complex and Football Stadium with side features. The job has been awarded to the Belgrade-based company Pro.19 with the seat in Palilula, which made the lowest bid, and the value of the agreement is around 15 thousand dinars higher than the estimated value of the procurement, which amounted to RSD 3,333,333.

A total of five companies or groups of bidders were interested in preparing the documentation, and the commission has selected the most favorable bid with the lowest price.

– After the examination and the expert rating of the submitted bids, the commission selected the company Pro.19, which had met all the criteria and all the conditions and requirements for the selection. Payment will be done without an advance payment. The first installment is 30% and will be paid upon the preparation and handing over of the preliminary design, 30% will be paid upon the preparation and handing over of the Approval Planning and the Environmental Impact Assessment Study if it turns out that it preparation is necessary, and the rest, in the amount of 40%, will be paid upon the preparation and handing over of the Main Design and the obtaining of the approval of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the technical documentation – they say at the Municipality of Kursumlija.

The new football stadium will be equipped with a sprinkler system and lighting, and it will also have stands, locker rooms, service spaces and a running track. In addition to the stadium, on a total area of 2.8 hectares, the construction of the Sports and Recreation Complex is planned, which will include a side football field and an inflatable sports court.

At the Municipality of Kursumlija, they believe that this investment will improve sports activities and contribute to keeping the young in Kursumlija and that they will join other towns in Serbia, such as Loznica, Zajecar and Leskovac, which have also invested in the construction of new sports courts.
