Director of the Novi Sad Fair, Slobodan Cvetkovic, proposed for the new Minister of Economy

The Serbian Parliament received a proposal to appoint an official of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), Slobodan Cvetkovic, as the new Minister of Economy, RTS was confirmed in the parliament.

Snezana Paunovic, vice-president of the Serbian Parliament and president of the SPS parliamentary group, confirmed to RTS that a proposal for the appointment of Slobodan Cvetkovic as the new Minister of Economy has reached the parliament.

Slobodan Cvetkovic was born on June 28, 1974 in Novi Sad.

He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and Banking at Braca Karic University.

He received his master's degree on the topic "Social responsibility of corporations as a factor of sustainable local development".

Since 2014, he has held the position of general director of the company A.D. Novi Sad Fair.

Cvetkovic is the president of the SPS City Committee in Novi Sad.
