It is a matter of highly nourishing and healthy mushrooms kind shitaki (Lentinula edodes) of Asian origin. The engineers Predrag Mitrovic and Sasa Cvetkovic, after 7 years of patient work have succeeded in total to handle over the production of healthy micelium and a substrat for growing of shitaki mushrooms.

Investments in this business is not very high, and shitaki product has a good price. Growing can be started in every basement, abandoned shed, or even in grocery department at one's home, or in the wooden restings in the backyard. It can be sold at the markets, or in the mega markets and restaurants.
