Besides America, which was the first to implement parcel machines, today most countries in Europe and Asia use this method of delivery. In our region, parcel machines are an integral part of the delivery of every mail including Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Hungary, Austria and Greece, and courier services that recognize the importance of this new additional service are following this trend.
Given that each market is different and has its own specific requirements, we decided that the only right way is the local development and production of parcel machines as a solution that is very easy to adapt to the user.
Internet sales are constantly increasing, and all statistical data obtained from the NBS, the Statistical Office and other organizations that conduct research on online shopping in Serbia record a significant increase in the number of domestic Internet customers. The biggest problems of courier services dealing with package delivery are the sudden increase in the number of deliveries and the so-called
unsuccessful deliveries (the client is not at home), year after year.
As a solution to that problem, we made the decision to produce a parcel machine - a device through which, depending on the configuration of the parcel machine, 31 to 127 packages can be delivered to clients in one place during the day.
Today, in cooperation with our partner NiS Petrol, we have installed more than 200 parcel machines in Serbia, with the adopted plan to have more than 500 locations.BASIC ADVANTAGES OF PARCEL MACHINES
→ the client no longer has to wait for the courier, but has complete comfort when picking up the package 24/7
→ the courier service can deliver packages in one place in a short time and with minimal delivery costs (in one place (parcel machine) from 31 to 127 delivered packages).
The construction of the parcel machine itself is made of cold-rolled steel with several levels of protection (anti-corrosion protection, plasticization...). The heart of the All in one PC device and all components are of industrial type, which enables high reliability and high performance in all working conditions, 24 hours a day.

We produce parcel machines in two variants - for external and internal mounting.
We have adapted the sizes of the boxes on the parcel machine to the needs of the local market and produce them in 3 dimensions:
