Continuation of Cooperation with French Company Pomagalski on Construction of Another Branch of Zlatibor Gondola

At a meeting between the head of the municipality of Cajetina with members of a French delegation, the possibility of cooperation with the French Development Agency and the continuation of the cooperation with the French company Pomagalski on the construction of another branch of the Zlatibor Gondola was considered.

Let us remind that the construction of another branch of the Zlatibor Gondola, from the interstation on Lake Ribnica toward Cigota, has been announced for this year.

The topic of the conversation were also the future projects of the local self-government in the field of waste management, as well as other infrastructure projects.

The reason for the visit of the delegation, which consisted of François-Xavier Kowandy, the cooperation attache of the Embassy of France in Belgrade, Pierre Hirtzberger, the general manager of the technical service, and Caroline Chal, the director for international cooperation of SYCTOM, the Paris City Waste Management Agency, was to visit the towns and municipalities that were awarded at the Ekoopstina contest in the category of sustainable waste management.

Among them is the Municipality of Cajetina, which was awarded in the category of a municipality up to 40,000 residents, and the city of Uzice, which got an award for over 40,000 residents.
