Nearly One Fourth of Company Directors in Serbia Are Women

There is a slight increase in the number of women in company manager positions in Serbia, as there are now 24.4%, compared to 2022, when there were 24.2%, as announced by the Business Registers Agency.

Among the members of the supervisory boards of the business entities – 30.2% are women, female members comprise 24% in the managing boards, whereas, in the executive boards, 33.6% of the members are women.

The Business Registers Agency has announced that women comprise more than a third of all entrepreneurs in Serbia and the they comprise one fourth of company founders, that is, stake owners in business entities.


In Serbia, there are 300,250 entrepreneurs, 165,855 companies and 115,272 managerial positions, the Business Registers Agency says.
