Part of PKB Vocarske Plantaze from Bolec Sold to Adval Capital

Part of PKB Vocarske Plantaze in bankruptcy from Bolec, namely the juice factory complex Stara Hladnjaca, has been bought by the investment fund Adval Capital at the price of RSD 370 million, as announced by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, which advertised the sale at an initial price of RSD 135.2 million.

The offer included parts of the juice factory complex Stara Hladnjaca in Viline Vode (Fabrika Vitasok Viline Vode), agricultural buildings in the municipality of Palilula and a propane-butane tank.
