– The bar’s concept is self-service. You first open a card account at the bar, for free, pay whichever sum of money you want than use that card for the entire beer and wine offer – explains one of the employees.
We are all used to picking up a paper menu when we go a bar or a restaurant, but there’s no such thing here – it is all very modern and slightly futuristic.
– The screen at the beer tap features a description of every beer. You put in the card and it is charged for the exact amount poured from the tap. If you pour two swigs, two swigs are charged to the card. However much you pour will be charged. You can taste drinks, try them, you don’t have to pour a whole glass of beer. You determine yourself whether you will drink a beer with more foam, or less, whatever you like – says one guy who works here and adds that people find this concept very interesting.
At the bar, the main focus is on beer, which is poured as at a gas station, which is definitely something we’re not used to. In addition to a rich beer and wine offer, the bar offers a full menu.
