Alligator scissors from Novi Sad - Domestic recycling equipment for EU market

The company Jugopan from Novi Sad has announced that making of the first model of alligator scissors - equipment for cutting and preparing waste material, is in its final phase. Alligator scissors are being developed in association with a partner from Germany. The plan is that the production be exported to the market of the European Union, while certain share of products will be offered to the markets of Serbia and the region.

- We will first start producing alligator scissors with a 410 mm knife, and then we will organize production of models with a longer knife, bigger cutting capacity, and other additional options. These scissors will have a more robust structure and better characteristics than other products of the kind, while the price will be 10-15% lower than current prices in the market - said the people at Jugopan.

The product is expected to be officially presented and offered to the market prior to the Technology Fair in Belgrade (May 9-13, 2011) at the latest.
