Construction Land up for Sale in Dobra Voda – Parcels Intended for Building of Luxury Tourist Settlement

In Dobra Voda near Bar, urbanized land of 35,673 m2 in total, meant for the construction of a luxury tourist complex, is being sold.

– According to the urban permit, the maximum gross developed floor area is 68,730 m2. These are two parcels whose total area is 35,673 m2, whereby there is a possibility of their merging and defining phase-based construction. The future facility can have 10 floors at the most – they say at the company Dobra Voda Dream Villas.

They note that the land provides a beautiful view to the sea.
– It is important for us to find a serious and credible investor for the land, considering that the construction of a luxury tourist settlement is planned on it. Also, we are only interested in selling, and not in co-investments or any other form of partnership – they point out.

Also, there’s the program of economic citizenship which remains in effect until the end of this year, and thanks to which the construction of numerous luxury hotels and tourist complexes has started in the seaside area and the country’s north.
