Dragan joined Raiffeisen Investment in May 2007, assuming the position of the Director General for Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Macedonia. Before that, he worked as the Senior Manager at EKI Investment and was included in various M&A advisory projects.
He was an assistant to the Minister of Economy and Privatization and his task was to monitor the privatization of public and state-owned companies. He also took part in the negotiations led by public procurement commissions. As the Senior Project Manager at International Management Group, he was responsible for a budget of 50 million euros, donated by the European Commission.
Dragan Parezanovic was also a member of the Managing Board of the Belgrade Airport, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Development Fund of Serbia, and a member of the Defense Industry Restructuring Council.
He graduated from the Department of Aviation at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the University of Belgrade. He also holds an MBA from the Middlesex University Business School in London.
