In addition to that, this investment by the company NEPI Rockcastle also provides over 1,500 jobs to people of Vojvodina, and in the domain of social responsibility, the focus is placed on promoting the culture of the city in which Promenada operates and on environmental protection and energy saving.

This certificate is the leading world method for rating buildings when it comes to energy efficiency, greenhouse gas emissions, health, building management, pollution, waste management, water and many other factors. Owning a license confirms that the facility guarantees a healthy and comfortable environment and that the location and the facility are managed properly.

Promenada is also the first shopping center in Serbia to get the confirmation of being harmonized with the COVID-19 safety measures by the Safe Shopping Centers (SSC), an independent Swedish company which estimates the safety of shopping centers worldwide. Obtaining this certificate proves that the shopping center operates in line with international health standards and provides customers with a safe shopping experience.
