The company SBB has announced that an agreement has been reached and the TV channels with national frequencies Prva and B92 will continue being broadcast by said cable operator.

– We have reached an agreement to the interest of all SBB users and that was the motive that we were guided by while being exposed to every kind of pressure imaginable – the company said in a press release.

They added that their offer would also retain the three cable channels Prva Plus, Prva Kick and Prva World.

SBB previously announced that “due to the extremely unfavorable market conditions imposed by the owner of the TV channels with national frequencies, from October 28, SBB is removing TV Prva, TV B92 and their cable portfolio from its offer”.

It has also been announced that they would sue Telekom due to the pressures and the decision to withdraw all sports content from TV B92.

– The pompously announced sports content on TV B92, on which the broadcasting of the matches of the strongest European leagues, from the English Premier League, as well as the matches of Super Liga and the basketball ABA League, has started, will soon be removed from this TV channel’s program at the request of Telekom Srbija – SBB says in its press release.

It is pointed out that Telekom enabled those sports programs on TV B92 at the moment when it seemed that SBB would not reach an agreement on the continuation of cooperation with the TV stations B92 and Prva, and that it is withdrawing them after the agreement was reached on Friday.

– Telekom has once again deceived the citizens of Serbia who were able to follow these sports programs, which the state company paid over EUR 600 million for, using regular TV antennas – the press release says.
