After selling its office portfolio in Serbia GTC became one of the first companies to complete the development circle – from land acquisition to construction, leasing and eventually selling the buildings. Now, with completion of X, a new office building at the intersection of Milutina Milankovica and Boulevard Umetnosti, GTC is starting a new chapter.

Double high lobby area with a wall screen follows this futuristic design idea and still gives Tenants pleasant rest area.

Like all projects of the GTC Group, the GTC X was designed and built in accordance with the green standards of the LEED Gold certificate, which promises maximum energy efficiency and state-of-the-art technology.

Building structure, orientation, materials used in construction, construction methods, facade, rational use of water, heating, ventilation, lighting systems - all determine how efficiently a building consumes energy.
