Creation of first Serbian sparkling wine - Aleksandrovic wine cellar signed five-year agreement with Institute of Oenology in Champagne
After two-year successful business cooperation with the Institute of Oenology in Champagne, Aleksandrovic wine cellar signed an exclusive five-year agreement in mid-December on extension of that cooperation, the Topola-based wine cellar announced.
Bozidar Aleksandrovic, the owner of Aleksandrovic wine cellar, oenologist Vladan Nikolic and Pierre Yves Bournerias, an eminent expert from the Institute of Oenology in Champagne, signed an agreement on mutual cooperation in Epernay, France. The aim of extension of the cooperation is implementation of the successfully started project Creation of the first Serbian sparkling wine.
According to the agreement, the experts from the Institute of Oenology in Champagne will be active consultants at Aleksandrovic wine cellar and, together with our world-acknowledged oenologist, they will be working on expansion of the product range of sparkling wines, reads the statement.
In October 2010, Aleksandrovic wine cellar presented the crown of its product portfolio to the market - the first Serbian sparkling wine named Trijumf (Triumph).
