“Viennese Model” Motivating and Connecting for 25 Years Now

The Office of the City of Vienna in Belgrade Eurocomm-PR marked the 25th anniversary of the international offices of the empirical city on June 16. Vienna is the only city in Europe which stimulates cooperation between cities as “a laboratory of the future”.

As the promoters of the city with the best quality of life in the world, the foreign offices connect people and institutions and transfer the “Viennese model” to the partner cities.

– In fact, the Viennese office in Belgrade opened in 1996, but since we couldn’t mark the anniversary last year, this year we wanted to celebrate it with representatives of the press, who have been helping us a lot in all these years. Some have unfortunately left us, and we have become friends we many. Thanks to them, we have brough Vienna even closer to our public. We have helped the realization of many joint endeavors of Vienna and Belgrade, we have organized visits to Vienna and Belgrade, we have seen off and welcomed many delegations, acted as support in the signing of the agreement on the cooperation between Belgrade and Vienna on October 18, 2019. In a word, we are a bridge between the two cities. We hope for many more joint projects. Our task is to connect the right people at the right time in the right place, stated the head of the Eurocomm-PR office in Belgrade, Milos Bogunovic.

In addition to Belgrade, the foreign offices of the City of Vienna are represented in Berlin, Bratislava, Budapest, Ljubljana, Krakow, Prague, Sarajevo, Sofia and Zagreb, the press release says.
