Construction of Zip-Line Begins in Obrenovac – Building of Aqua-Park to Begin in September, City Authorities Announce

The construction of a zip-line, within the children’s entertainment park, began at the Obrenovac vacation site Zabran on Saturday.

The deputy mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic, who attended the beginning of the works, said that around EUR 150,000 had been invested in the Zabran Adventure Park up till then and announced the beginning of the construction of an aqua-park for September.

The president of the municipality of Obrenovac, Miroslav Cuckovic, said that the construction of the zip-line would be finished two weeks later, rounding out the Zabran Adventure Park project. He pointed out that the feature would be free for all citizens.

For the upcoming period, he announced the reconstruction of a hotel, the construction of a track-and-field stadium, as well as the construction of auxiliary fields with artificial grass around the Radnicki football club stadium, Beoinfo reports.
