Esotiq & Henderson Brand Planning to Enter Serbian Market

In its local market of Poland, Esotiq is a well-known underwear brand that is sold in over 250 monobrand stores, 55 of which are owned by the company, whereas the other stores are owned by franchise partners.

Through the franchise business model, the brand is also present outside Poland – in Germany, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. The company plans to develop a retail network in Serbia as well in the upcoming period, and in that process, it will rely on the already known model of cooperation – franchising.

Entrepreneurs that are interested in opening a franchise store of the Esotiq brand do not have to have any special business experience, the company says. All that is needed to successfully do business and run a store they can learn during the training. The provider of the franchise, however, is looking for hard-working, dedicated partners that will operate in line with the standards of the franchise network.

It is estimated that the costs of equipping the space amount to around EUR 225 per square meter. The optimal size of a space is between 50 and 100 square meters, and the outlet should be located in the city center, in a main street or a shopping center.

The support of the provider of the franchise does not only cover the period preceding the opening of the store. The receiver of the franchise should count on help throughout the cooperation period.

In addition to underwear, which Esotiq is recognized for, the stores sell nightgowns, bathing suits and cosmetics.
