Free Zone Pirot Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Free Economic Zone ALAT from Azerbaijan

The president of the Management Board of Free Economic Zone ALAT, Valeh Alasgarov, and the executive director of Free Zone Pirot, Zoran Petrovic, signed the Memorandum of Understanding to the end of connecting, exchanging knowledge and the best practices and inciting the cooperation of free zones and the private sector during the visit of the delegation from Azerbaijan on April 12.

The meeting in Pirot was preceded by a meeting of representatives of Free Economic Zone ALAT and Free Zone Pirot at the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, where, in the presence of Kamil Khasiyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Serbia, and his associates, representatives of the Administration for Free Zones, the Ministry of Finance of Serbia and the associations of the CCIS, both free zones were presented and a visit to Free Zone Pirot was agreed.
