The fifth sale of the company Lexin from Cacak for the exploitation and processing of stone

The bankruptcy trustee of the Cacak company Lexin doo announced the sale of this company as a legal entity for the fifth time. The company's activity is the exploitation and processing of stone.

The company property consists of equipment for the exploitation and processing of andesite-basalt as a technical-building stone in the Prevoje-S Becevica deposit in the vicinity of Knic, stocks of processed stone and the right to exploit andesite-basalt in the Prevoje-S Becevica deposit.

This is the second time the company is being sold through public bidding, unlike the previous three unsuccessful sales when it was offered at an auction.

The estimated value of the company is RSD 213.6 million, which, as bankruptcy trustee states, is not the minimum acceptable value.
