NIS to Build Facilities on Oil Concession Fields in Romania – Tender for Designer Published

The company Naftna Industrija Srbije ad Novi Sad has published the tender for the preparation and obtaining of the documentation necessary for the construction of mining facilities at the concession fields of NIS in Romania.

More precisely, the task entails the obtaining of all the necessary permits for the project (opinions, requirements, authorizations) and the preparation of the technical documentation for the projects, entailing, among other things, process and construction designing, an environmental impact assessment, the technology and biological recultivation and the obtaining of the building permit for the mining structures.

Let us remind that the Romanian daughter company of NIS, NIS Petrol, has six exploration concessions for oil and gas for 25 years in Romania.

The exploration fields are located along the borders with Serbia and Hungary. Two years ago, NIS Petrol Romania built two surface infrastructural facilities, in the location of Teremia and Jimbolia, where experimental production of oil and gas started at the time.
