The Ministry of Economy of Serbia has announced that it has signed the agreement on the sale of 92% of the capital of the Jaroslav Cerni Water Institute to the company Millennium Team and a consortium which features seven directors of that institute at the price of around EUR 2.577 million.

The initial price of the Institute at the public bidding held on November 25 last year was EUR 2.576 million.

The Lazarevac-based company Bauwesen took part, among others, in that bidding, and its bid was deemed the weaker one.

Millennium Team offered joint participation in the privatization of the institute to the directors of the Jaroslav Cerni Water Institute, which they accepted.
