TPP Kostolac A to Get Facilities for Desulfuring and Waste Water Treatment – Looking for Consultant for Construction

The PE EPS has opened the tender for consultants for the construction of a facility for the desulfuring of smoke gases and the filtering of waste waters of the thermal power plant Kostolac A.

According to the technical specification of the tender, the project pertains to the ecological reconstruction of both blocks of the thermal power plant.

The tender expires on January 31.

Let us remind that, previously, a desulfuring facility was built at the TPP Kostolac B, and the minister of environmental protection of Serbia, Irena Vujovic, said last summer that, at one block, the emission of sulfur-dioxide was reduced 115 times, and in another around 40 times.
