Max-ex doo from Subotica is building a tourist-hospitality facility with a wine cellar in Palic, in Kanjiski Put Street.

The facility has a basement and two floors (including the ground floor), with a total net area of 711.26 m2, gross developed area of 829.07 m2 on the parcel 1563/6, with a total area of the parcels of 3,410 m2.

The estimated value of the works, according to the building permit, is RSD 132,235,919.00 (without the VAT).

The date of the completion of the works is August 2026.
