Telekom Srbija to Pay Dividend of RSD 4.16 Billion Today

Telekom Srbija is paying dividend in the total gross amount of RSD 4.16 billion, that is, RSD 5.2 per share, today, as announced by the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

To the shareholder Republic of Serbia, the dividend will be paid under state instructions, and to all other shareholders, it will be paid through the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

Telekom Srbija has a billion shares, of which local natural persons have 218.8 million shares, whereas foreign natural persons have 33.4 thousand shares. The net dividend for the two categories is RSD 4.42 dinars per share.

The dividend for local legal entities, which have 3.3 thousand shares, is RSD 5.2 in the net amount.
