Knjaz Milos to Build Factory Complex in Arandjelovac – New Production Hall and Syrup Plant Planned

The company Knjaz Milos plans to build a new factory complex for the production and storage of goods in Arandjelovac in the upcoming period.

The Municipality of Arandjelovac has published the urban project of the future complex which will spread on an area of 6,600.26 m2.

The complex will feature a production hall, a warehouse of secondary raw materials, a cooling plant, a syrup plant, and will lean on the existing production facilities, where the demolition of the old production hall, of 1,182 m2, and then the reconstruction of the cooling plant and the reception booth, are planned.

The facility will have a ground floor and feature a skeletal structure with a combination of steel and reinforced concrete, with a wide roller door that is supposed to make the production process as easy as possible.

The urban project of the factory complex of the company Knjaz Milos was prepared by Arplan from Arandjelovac.
