Razanj Waiting for New Investors – Two Parcels of Building Land in Industrial Zone North up for Sale

The Municipality of Razanj is selling two parcels of building land in the Industrial Zone “North” (“Sever”).

Parcels of 3,606 m2 and 4,480 m2 are meant for the construction of facilities for the food industry, construction and production of building materials, warehouses, textile industry, larger commerce companies and crafts.

The initial price is EUR 3.4 per m2, and bids may be submitted by July 12, 2021.
