Miskovic Withdrawing from Operating Management of Delta – Milka Vojvodic to Run Company’s Operations

The new organization of the management of Delta Holding, whereby, instead of the presidents of the company and the board of directors, the company will be run by the Managing Board and the Executive Board, is coming into effect on June 1, and Miroslav Miskovic, until now the president of Delta Holding, will be the president of the Managing Board, the company announced.

In this new position, Miskovic intends to withdraw from the operating management of the company and direct his knowledge and experience to three fields, the press release says.

It is added that his focus will be directed at Delta’s international development, on working with young people at the company, that is, on forming the future management, and on the development of rural areas in Serbia, especially through the company project Our Village.

The operations of Delta Holding will be run by the Executive Board, led by Milka Vojvodic, the long-standing senior vice president for economy and finance.

– Now that we are celebrating our 30th anniversary and getting ready to move into a new, modern office building, the time is right for changes to take place in the management of Delta Holding – Miroslav Miskovic stated.

He said that the changes would lead to a progress, because, according to him, the company has an experienced management that it has been building for three decades.
