Negotiations between Coca-Cola and Fresh & Co failed ?

According to unofficial information, company Coca-Cola gave up procurement of Fresh&Co and the only reason for that was the amount of debts of this Subotica-based juice manufacturer.

After several months of negotiations between Fresh&Co. and Coca-Cola, there is no agreement on procurement, although it was said that Coca-Cola bought 33% of Subotica-based company, as well as that it started negotiations about procurement of 100% of this leading juice manufacturer in our country.

Unofficially, Coca-Cola is, allegedly, ready to continue negotiations with Fresh, but in the scope of the different business arrangement and not sooner than it talks to the biggest creditors, in this case – the bank.
