TZR Recycling Industry Building Facility for Production of Recycling Machines in Merosina

TZR Recycling Industry, a company which produces machines and full lines for the recycling of solid waste, car and truck tires and electrical and electronic waste, intends to build a production-business facility for the production of recycling machines in Jugbogdanovac near Merosina.

According to the urban project, prepared by the Prokuplje-based company Vidic d.o.o, the facility is designed as a structurally and functionally independent building, unifying the two units, the production hall with a boiler room and the annex.

The units' total dimensions are 89.95x41.950m, whereas the modular dimensions are 88.95x36.00m.

The production hall is designed as an open space, with a row of reinforced-concrete columns down the middle. The space is designed for an unobstructed technological production process. The production hall is located on the ground floor.

Along with the production hall, the northeast side is to feature an annex with an upper floor, with rooms for production workers (locker rooms with toilets, a pantry and a kitchen) on the ground floor, offices for administration and management, with a separate entrance and a staircase connecting the floors.

Internal roads are planned on the investor's parcel, for the purposes of reception and dispatching of the goods, access for fire trucks and access to the facility. The new road within the complex is to be connected to the local access road, which goes along the parcel's border on the northeast side.
