Vranjska Banja Special Hospital Complex up for Sale – Initial Price EUR 870,304

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia is selling the complex of the Vranjska Banja Special Hospital at the initial price of EUR 870,304.

The offer includes the facilities – the Kicer cafe, with 1,204 m2 of usable area, the Vranjska Banja Special Rehabilitation Hospital, of 2,257 m2, as well as several side buildings.

In addition to the facilities, the offer includes land of 3,924 m2.

The purchaser obliges to employ a certain number of the current employees at the Vranjska Banja Special Rehabilitation Hospital, in line with the list which is included in the sales documentation.

The final price will be determined upon the execution of the procedure of collection of written bids, which may be sent by July 28, 2020.
