The Austrian company Schiebel, which produces hydraulic engines and pumps, and which was supposed to start building a factory in the industrial zone in Jagodina in March 2020, will do so upon the revocation of the state of emergency, announced the president of the City Assembly of Jagodina, Dragan Markovic Palma.

As announced earlier, the Austrian company will employ 20 workers initially, and eventually a total of 100.

Markovic also visited the construction site where a cultural center is being raised in Jagodina, which will have an area of around 2,850 m2, and the new theater will have a capacity of 650 seats. The total value of the works is RSD 335 million, whereby the state participates with 10%, and the City of Jagodina with 90%.
