Lesnina has announced that, after Novi Sad, where an outlet opened in May 2019, the next project will be to open a center in Belgrade.
– We are preparing the project documentation for the largest Lesnina in Serbia, whose opening is planned for late 2021. This will also be a logistics center, which will provide support for all Lesnina outlets throughout Serbia. Immediately after the opening of the outlet in Belgrade, efforts to open Lesnina in Nis will intensify, and this will be followed by other cities in Serbia – said the director of Lesnina S, Aleksandar Pavicevic.
(A New Year's arrangement) In addition to new Lesnina outlets, the arrival of Momax to the Serbia market has been announced as well. Momax is another store chained owned by XXXLutz. It has a twenty-year tradition and its arrival to the Serbian market will certainly provide consumers with new, creative solutions for arranging their living space, at affordable prices.
In addition to leading to an influx of investments to the country, the expansion of XXXLutz brands in the Serbian market benefits local furniture producers. It is well known that Lutz, and especially Lesnina, cooperates with domestic suppliers in all markets it operates in, and it has been announced that this trend will only become more prominent with time.
Furthermore, Lesnina currently employs around 120 workers. With the expansion of the outlet network, the number will greatly increase, making this company an important employer in Serbia.
