Meeting of German and Serbian entrepreneurs that deal with ecology and environment protection - new chance for better cooperation

The results of the conference on ecology and environment protection, which took place on October 14th at the Belgrade Fair, are that the enterprises from FR Germany got familiar with the situation in the ecology sector in Serbia, while the enterprises from Serbia were offered the possibility to make contacts with the leading ecological companies from FR Germany.

The conference was held within the scope of the visit of German commercial Delegation from the field of environment protection to Serbia, which was financed from the funds of the Ministry of Economy of FR Germany and partner consulting company "Innowise GmbH", with a big support of local partner in Serbia - "AHK Belgrade".

Aleksandar Vesić, the Assistant to the Minister of Environment Protection, and Dušan Stokić from the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia presented current situation and projects in the field of ecology in Serbia, while Michael Schmidt, the CEO of German Chamber of Commerce for Serbia, and Ajro Vait, the Adviser of the Minister of Ecology of Macedonia, spoke about ecology in their countries.

The expert conference was followed by the contact-collaboration exchange between the companies from FR German that deal with production and trade in machines and equipment, services, advising, chemical means, waste water control devices, pumps, etc., and companies from Serbia. The delegation of German entrepreneurs provided support in that part of the conference and backed the contact-collaboration exchange between the companies from the both countries with the individual meetings that were planned and agreed in advance within the scope of the visit of German delegation to Serbia.

The conference and the contact-collaboration exchange were attended by the representatives of over 80 enterprises from Serbia.
