As it was previously announced, international coffeehouse chain Starbucks will soon open its first café in Serbia at the Rajiceva shopping mall in Belgrade and the date is set for Tuesday, April 16.
New coffee shop at the heart of the Kneza Mihaila Street takes up 175 m2, has 104 seats in total including 41 seat on the balcony. The design of the interior of the restaurant follows the color concept of the brand whereas the details and visual art conjure up the process of preparing coffee beans. Starbucks exclusively uses coffea arabica from more than 30 countries around the world.
Drinks menu at Belgrade's Starbucks café will consist of the chain's standard drinks as well as the promotional spring beverages. A wide selection of sweets, snacks, sandwiches and yogurts will be made for the guests. Beside that, Starbucks offers packaged coffee beans, classic Starbucks mugs, seasonal collections of heat-preserving cups and various other products such as coffee machines and porcelain ware.
AmRest is the lead operator of Starbucks stores in the Central European region and Serbia will be another new marker for the company to open the first Starbucks store.
Adam Mularuk. Starbucks President at AmRest said : “We are very happy to bring the unique Starbucks experience to Serbian customers, with our first store in Belgrade. This country has a rich coffee culture and we look forward to being a part of it, providing a place where customers can enjoy high-quality coffee and discover our passion.”
