The Bank will take over ASEE's newly issued stocks worth 15m EUR, while remaining 7m EUR will be granted to the company in the form of six-year loan. Also, qualified investors have taken over issued stocks worth over 6.5m EUR.

This investment will be used for future consolidation of operations in the region of Southeastern Europe (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia), as well as for new acquisitions on this territory, including Turkey.
