New Administrative Board in "Petroleum Industry of Serbia"
At the yesterday's (June 30, 2009) annual meeting of stockholders of "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" (NIS), new Administrative Board led by the Adviser of the President of the Executive Board of company "Gazpromneft", Dmitrij Mališev, was appointed.
According to NIS' announcement, members of the Administrative Board are: Dušan Petrović, the Deputy President of Democratic Party, Danica Drašković, and Nikola Martinović, the Adviser of the Director General of NIS.
The Administrative Board also includes Kiril Kravčenko, the Director General of NIS and the Deputy President of the Executive Board of "Gazpromneft", and Anatolij Černer, another Deputy President of aforementioned Executive Board.
The company's Administrative Board appointed Predrag Radanović, the Executive Director of "NIS Naftagas", and Saša Ilić, the Executive Director of NIS TNG, as the new members of the Executive Board of NIS.
At the same meeting, the Administrative Board approved of the plan for improvement of the company's efficiency, but the official statement does not contain the details of that document.
