Staro Zdanje given to Arandjelovac

Only a few days after he bought the company in bankruptcy, the new owner gave the town back its most valuable and known facility. Let us remind that, at an auction sale of Bukovicka Nova Slatina from Arandjelovac, the company in bankruptcy was bought by local businessman Radovan Milojevic.

He bought the company for EUR 1.75 million at the auction. Bukovicka Nova Slatina includes hotels Staro Zdanje and Sumadija, outdoor pools and restaurants.

Milojevic says that he has decided to give back Staro Zdanje to the town due to its historical and cultural importance. Over a decade ago, the hotel closed due to the collapse of tourism in Bukovicka Banja.
