"KD Exclusive" to invest half of its portfolio in world companies
- Investment funds management company "KD Investments" has changed the investment policy of fund "KD Exclusive", so that minimum 50% of its portfolio will be invested in foreign countries - the company announced.
The change of the investment policy has been enabled by the changes in regulations, signing of the contract with UniCredit Bank Vienna on international broker activities and subcustody contracts through custody bank.
- Minimum 50% of the fund's portfolio will be invested in global "blue-chip" companies with the history of payment of dividends - an internal controllor in "KD Investments", Saša Davidović, pointed out.
Davidović said that certain share of the portfolio would be invested in surrounding countries - "Krka", "Telekom Slovenia", "Adris Group", as well as that the company had gained access to almost all capital markets in the world, including the ones in London, Frankfurt and New York, by signing the contract with UniCredit Bank Vienna.
- By directing part of investments in the stocks of the world's top-quality companies, the investor both reduces foreign currency risk and becomes one of the owners of these companies, and there is also a high level of diversification of risk and solvency - Davidović explained.
People in "KD Investments", a part of KD Group that currently manages the property worth about 400m EUR, pointed out that "KD Exclusive" enabled procurement of equities, financial derivatives and bonds, as well as high-quality ETF (a type of investment tool).
