Quality as concept conference on using management tools and models to be held on October 5, 2018

The conference under the slogan Quality as concept and titled “Quality of products, operations and systems in practice – risks and possibilities” will be held on October 5, 2018 in Falkensteiner Hotel in Belgrade. The media sponsorship is provided by the business portal eKapija.

Kvalitet business portal is organizing the conference on the use of management tool sand models. The aim of the conference is for participants to exchange their practical experience about using management tools and models and to give examples of development of those organizations that use apply science and knowledge in order to review their data more efficiently.

According to the official statement on the conference website some of the tools and models that would be discussed include LEAN, 6Sigma, Statistical process control (SPC), Measurement system analysis (MSA), Scrum, Error Proofing, PokaYoke, Internet of things (IoT), Manufacturing execution system (MES), Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).

The lecturers are experts with considerable experience in production and they will try to explain how the application of these tools and models helps the quality of operations and products, that is, the quality of the entire system.
