TOP 8 – investments in TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND IT that drew greatest attention of users of eKapija in 2008

EKapija’s investment team has recently carried out the analysis and formedthe rank-list of investments and investment ideas that drew the greatestattention of eKapija’s users in 2008. The results are very interesting, withmany surprises, and that is why we have decided to share these information withyou.

The projects are classified into 10 categories, and this time we are goingto present the most read articles in the category of TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANDIT.

The first-ranked investment is high-tech project "smart houses"in complex B2 on Terazije’s balcony, which is one of the investment brandsof Belgrade I in the domain of real estates. It won in this category because ofthe exceptional technological solutions, so-called “smart houses”. In order forthe demanding users of this luxurious complex to be able to control majority offunctions and systems by means of remote controller, mobile phone or notebookcomputer, the experts from numerous companies joined their forces. The leaderswere the experts from Sincom Novi Sad, Projektomontaža Belgrade and Cisco Serbia,and together they did – what they did.

The second place belongs to a romantic project for re-building of AvalaTower, which is the result of the energy of the people who loved thatsymbol of Belgrade and Serbia, which was destroyed during NATO’s bombing. Thetower will also be a tourism success, building venture, and it will play theimportant role in the project for digitalization of TV programmes in ourcountry.

The third is the project of scientific-research and Hi-Tec center"TeslaPupin" in Šimanovci, the investment that was announced asan idea four years ago. Its construction would successfully end many years ofstruggle of Mladen Martin Selak, a successful American businessman, innovatorand humanist of Serbian origin, to “bring the world at the feet of his people”.

The fourth is the project of Indian Embassy group - IT park in Inđija,which should create thousands of new jobs, while the fifth place belongs to theexperts from PTT Srbija who started issuingelectronic signatures in 2008.
