Property of Subotica based “Zorka” company in bankruptcy is on sale – starting price is 6,56 million euros
The property of Subotica’s chemical industry, “Zorka” in bankruptcy and of the two related companies will be offered on sale on January, 27th, by the starting price of 571,2 million dinars, which is 6,56 million euros.
As it was announced today by the Agency for privatization (December, 24, 2008), estimated value of the property package of the three companies is 1,14 billion dinars, which is 13,13 million euros according today’s exchange rate of the National bank of Serbia.
The property on sale is a property of “Zorka chemical industry”, as well as “Zorka Klotild 1904” and “Zorka Klotild 1904 trade”. “Zorka chemical industry” is the owner of “Zorka Klotild 1904” and this company has 100% share in the capital of “Zorka Klotild 1904 trade”.
Deadline for deposit payment, in the amount of 228,48 million dinars, that is 2,62 million euros, is January, 20th, 2009.
These three companies have a total of 564.680 square meters of land.
“Zorka Klotild 1904” owns 214 construction and business-production objects, 7 apartments, two five bedroom houses, as well as equipment, raw materials and ready made products, and it also has 40% of the share in “Zorka-Klotild Agrotehnohem” company.
This company has a hotel resort in Krk, but the right on this property is in court process.
“Zorka chemical industry” has 31 construction objects, business-production and residential objects, as well as equipment, patents, licences and shares in several companies.
The smallest share in the package value has “Zorka Klotild trade”, who onws a warehouse of 686 square meters in Subotica.
