The 3rd Serbian Property & Infrastructure Development Conference, an event in Serbia for the exchange of ideas and information about the Property & Infrastructure Development sector in Serbia and the wider region, will be held on February 21 at the Belgrade Hotel Metropol Palace.
As the organizer, TGI Group International, says in its press release, the topics of attracting capital, sustainable, smart and energy efficient buildings, project funding, development of shopping center, retail and entertainment parks, real estate market and others will be discussed at the conference.
According to announcements, more than 200 highly relevant attendees from major real estate developers, construction groups, financial institutions, public sector companies, journalists and independent real estate professionals from Serbia and abroad will be present at the conference. This year’s conference will provide valuable insight into property trends, urban development, smart buildings, investment issues and other core industry topics.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of Serbia Zorana Mihajlovic will open this year`s conference. Other speakers include Marko Cadez, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Stephen Ndegwa, Country Manager for Serbia, Europe and Central Asia Region, Dubravka Negre, Head of EIB Regional Representation of the EIB for the Western Balkans, a representative of the Embassy of Israel in Belgrade, Goran Vesic, City Manager of Belgrade, Milutin Folic, City Architect of Belgrade, Adir El Al, CEO of AFI Europe Serbia, Dejan Hadzic, Head of Insurance and Real Estate Unit of the Ministry of Finance of Serbia, Danijela Ilic, President of the National Association of Valuers of Serbia, Nenad Djordjevic, Chairman of the Board at Real Estate Cluster, and Nebojsa Nesovanovic, President of the Serbian Society of Appraisers.
The conference is organized under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, the Embassy of Israel in Serbia, the National Association of Valuers of Serbia, Real Estate Cluster and the Serbian Society of Appraisers and is supported by Airport City Belgrade, Alumil, JLL, Poseidon Group, Jankovic Popovic Mitic Law Office, Atrium Consulting, Nai Atrium, Stankovic & Partners Law Office and Erste Bank.
