– The facilities in which the production was reinitiated following the bankruptcy proceedings are now under lease and will be offered later, most probably in the spring – the company says.
Let us remind that Nevena & All Me, the company owned by Slobodanka Vlajcic, took over the facilities of this chemical company after the bankruptcy proceedings and reinitiated the production of cosmetics products. Around fifty workers are employed in this sector at the moment.
Nevena Leskovac used to have 500 employees. Let us remind that the factory was bought by the Bulgarian company Bulcvet in 2017 and the Privatization Agency terminated the privatization in 2010, as the owner failed to adhere to the terms of the purchase contract.
Among the property that the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has now put up for sale are production halls, warehouses, head office buildings, a substation, a crude oil unit, a guardhouse and equipment. The initial price is RSD 67.3 million, and the potential purchaser will be known no sooner than late January, following the public auction scheduled for January 26.
