The Hungarian OTP Bank has completed the financial transaction by which 100% of the capital of Vojvodjanska Banka has gone to OTP Bank Serbia, the bank announced on December 6.

Let us remind that OTP Bank Serbia signed an agreement on the purchase of 100% ownership of Vojvodjanska Banka with the National Bank of Greece, worth EUR 125 million, in early August. As announced at the time, as a result of the takeover, the market share of OTP Bank Serbia will increase to 5.7%, making it the seventh biggest bank in the Serbian market.
