The GM of Energoprojekt Holding relieved the company’s CEO, Vladimir Milovanovic, of duty on Friday, September 1, 2017, and appointed Stojan Colakov in his place, the company said for Beta.

Dobroslav Bojovic, owner of Napred Razvoj, the company which has recently become the majority owner of the Belgrade-based construction company along with related companies, was appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The state has a 33.58% stake in Energoprojekt Holding.

Vladimir Milovanovic said for Beta that, for him, “the circus is over”.

– I hope that the employees won’t have to face another circus – said Milovanovic, who was opposed to the sale of the majority stake in Energoprojekt, claiming that the offer by Bojovic and related companies had not been submitted in line with the law.

He emphasized that the offer for the takeover of Energoprojekt Holding and related companies had not yet been completed and that it was unreasonable to appoint a new management before that.
