Radojko Janic nominee for best global entrepreneur award in Monte Carlo

(Radojko Janic at EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Belgrade) Radojko Janic of Kraljevo, owner of heating boiler company Radijator Inzenjering, will present Serbia at the Entrepreneur of the Year awards, to be held next month in Monte Carlo.

In the selection for the best entrepreneur in the world, the profit or the size of the company are not crucial. Contrary to expectations, the judges in Monte Carlo find investing in new technologies and employee care to be the deciding factors.

– Even with all the success you've achieved and implementation of new technologies, you also need to take care of the employee standard – Janic points out.

– This entails salaries, working conditions and everything else – he adds.

Of the 400 employees of Radijator, which has existed for a quarter of the century now, there are forty engineers. Of the numerous acknowledgments lining the display cases in the company, the most important one is the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Serbia award. Radojko Janic has placed among the best entrepreneurs in the world.

– He now competes directly against 65 global entrepreneurs who have been recognized as best entrepreneurs in the previous year in line with certain criteria – Zvonko Tufegdzic, acting director of the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Kraljevo, points out.

The Monte Carlo presentation will be conceptualized by Radijator Inzenjering and the Development Agency of Serbia. Radojko Janic says that he will try to present Serbia and Serbian entrepreneurs in his line of business as well as possible.

The best global entrepreneur contest will be held on June 7-12, 2017.
