The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia opened an office in Beijing today, and the office in Shanghai will start working tomorrow as well.
– By opening these offices, with the support of Chinese partners which have provided the premises and complete infrastructure, we provide a stronger support to businessmen for entering the big market of China, which will also contribute to the strengthening of the economic cooperation of the two countries – estimated Marko Cadez, president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia.
The economic cooperation of Serbia and China, as Cadez pointed out, is increasingly more successful, but there are big possibilities for a considerable development of economic ties, especially by attracting Chinese investments and modern technologies and a bigger export of local products to the Chinese market.
Cadez pointed to the importance of joint ventures of Serbian and Chinese companies in both markets, but also in third markets.
The opening of the Beijing office, as stated in the official press release by the CCIS, was attended by representatives of the Embassy of Serbia and a large number of prominent Chinese businessmen, who are already doing business in Serbia or are interested in entering the Serbian market and finding partners among local companies.
During his visit to Beijing, the president of the CCIS talked to representatives of renowned Chinese companies TBEA, Kerui, Gezhouba, Huawei, China Power, CNTC, Liten and others.
Karlo Kolac is the CCIS representative in China, and interested businessmen can contact him at [email protected].
