The eKapija business portal published the Special Edition Newsletter: Real Estate in Serbia – New Wave of Investments Stimulating Economy today. The topics in the new SEN include:
1. Which new procedures, laws and regulations in the field of construction and real estate will the state adopt in the coming period?
2. Why do investors focus on office space, shopping malls and retail parks?
3. Which innovations does the Law on Housing feature?
4. Which new locations will the City of Belgrade offer to investors?
5. What is the apartment market like? What will the price range be?
We asked these questions to representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, chambers of commerce, investors, consultants and designers.
We present an interview with one of the biggest investors, the company GTC. Milica Nestorovic, Leasing Manager at GTC, announces the new project called Green Heart exclusively for eKapija. Dragan Radulovic, Managing Director of the consulting company CBRE provides a quality analysis of the state of the real estate market and presents several very attractive projects in Belgrade.
We also place focus on the projects Skyline, Ada Mall, Green Heart and Vozdove Kapije.
Mia Zecevic, partner at Novaston, provides a detailed analysis of retail projects in Serbia, whereas Robert Yahav, CEO at BIG CEE Serbia, talks about the company’s investments and future plans. Zepter Real Estate also announces big projects and cooperation with international companies. Sanja Bastic of Danos analyses the office space market. Another investor, RC Reinvest, talks about the retail parks it is building in Serbia, but also reveals plans in other real estate sectors. Djordje Bajilo of DBA Novi Sad talks about how local planning design companies can meet the demands of foreign investors.
The entire construction process, consisting of the documentation, designing, building material, financing and the construction itself, is featured in a project by Lafarge. The company First Facility talks about facility management.
As quality building materials and equipment are remarkably important, we present Velux, Baumit and Alu Koenig Stahl in this edition.
The Jankovic, Popovic, Mitic law firm gives advice on how to organize a condominium – a building in which tenants are provided with much more than a simple apartment, having at their disposal a wide range of additional options and services.
We also present models of the FIDIC contracts. Take a look at residential facilities, each of which has an interesting feature – Paunov Breg, the residential building in the Zrmanjska Street in Banovo Brdo, the smart building Centar 5 in Sabac and the Sunnyville settlement in Visnjicka Banja.
If you are looking for real estate or are selling your own, you can also visit the nekretnine.rs website.
